Information we require to confirm a booking:

Date of flight.
First name, last name, and weight of each passenger.
Name of the Lodge where you will stay the night before the flight and contact number.
A mobile number to contact you the day before to reconfirm the flight.
Self-drive or Transfer?
The contact telephone number where we can reach you the day before the flight to reconfirm as soon as we receive the weather update.

Reservations must be completed and confirmed by 15:00 to be loaded on the flight manifest for the following day.

The office hours for inquiries and reservations are:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 18:00.
Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays: 08:00 to 16:00.
